John T. Principe III, CPA is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Monmouth University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Throughout his career, John has accumulated a wealth of experience by working in both public and private accounting. He started his career in public accounting with a small CPA firm which was later acquired by a large regional firm. There he managed tax and accounting engagements for closely-held companies and small businesses in various industries.

After several years in public accounting, John accepted a position as the CFO for one of his former clients. During his tenure, he designed internal controls and accounting systems to improve efficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and dissemination of information. He also managed all banking and financing activities for the organization.

John's passion is working with entrepreneurs and individuals on a one-on-one basis, treating each financial situation as if it were his own.
